Individual therapy is for the people who are looking to have a better understanding of themselves, how they relate to the world, and of their trauma.  

Whether you are going through a life transition, in need of trauma processing, or wanting to get to know yourself on a deeper level individual therapy gives you the opportunity for growth, evolution, and inner contentment.

We will be a good fit if-

  • You want to learn how to connect with your inner world.

  • You have experienced trauma and need the space and tools to process.

  • You are ready to commit to to personal growth.

We will not be a good fit if-

  • You are looking for advice and to be told what to do.

  • You are not open to reflection, feedback, or insights.
