Couples therapy is for the people who want to deepen their connection, learn to experience conflict as an opportunity to connect, or reconnect after what feels like an eternity of living separate lives. 

It is inevitable for couples to experience challenges in their relationship. Rediscovering connection, or perhaps finding it for the first time, is possible. 

We will be a good fit if-

  • In need of a relationship tune up

  • Stuck having the same fight and can't break the cycle

  • Navigating a shared mental load

  • Adjusting to transitions: becoming parents, getting married, job changes, empty nesting, medical crisis, etc. 

  • Sexual concerns: desire discrepancies, frequency, communication

  • Infidelity/Betrayal

We will not be a good fit if-

  • One or both partners are unwilling or uninterested in sustaining relationship.

  • One or both partners are not open to individual therapy. This is not required to work with me, but it may be beneficial to the relationship.
